WordPress Technical Issue

I have been having some technical problems when I log in to my Dashboard. Some of the icons in the wordpress floating bar at the top are missing. When I go to my site – http://www.lionblogger.com – while logged in, the menu doesn’t appear at the top, it appears at the bottom but in a scattered way like in basic HTML format. I also saw some display problems for example, in yoast seo settings while writing content.

I tried disabling all the plugins but the problem was still there.
