    Hi Experts,

I am a great fan of WordPress and have been using it for a long time. Recently, my wordpress setup has started consuming too much of memory. I use standard 3.2.1 wordpress setup and following plugins.

    WP Super Cache
    WP-Mail-SMTP
    User Role Editor
    Subscribe To Comments
    Login-Logout
    SyntaxHighlighter Evolved
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Add Logo to Admin
    WP QuickLaTeX

My site is hosted with HostGator India. Initially, I used VPS 3 plan, but that didn't work. Upgrading the plan to VPS 4 also didn't work. I have no media on my site. They say that it's some plugin that is causing problem. Could you please let me know if anyone else has faced a similar problem with any of the above plugins.

They say that it's some plugin that is causing problem.

To confirm their theories, install a memory usage plugin like one of these:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-memory-usage/
    or
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tpc-memory-usage/

See what your current memory usage is with all plugins. Then deactivate them one by one watching to see which one could be the culprit.

Just remember all of your settings within each plugin, as I believe some plugins like WP Super Cache resets it's settings when you deactivate it.
