   My wordpress take over 10 seconds to appear the main page. But my friends blog just take 5 seconds or less to appear main page. Already do deactivate plugins, change new theme, and so on... But not solve...

   Please help me.

   Do you have any pictures on your page?
   I noticed that when the picture size is very large the page takes a long time to display. If you do have pics then you may want to scale the file size (50%) before uploading

   btw, also slow loading when upload media.. like image. its totally slow not like first fresh install...
