   I bought a WordPress hoodie and their "Large" ran small ("Medium" at best), so I need to exchange it for an XL. However, their customer service is totally unreachable! The 1-800 number for customer service calls an entirely different company that just got the number 2 weeks ago! I emailed too and got no reply at all. Anyone know how to get these guys? If I'm going to spend $41 (ripoff) on a hoodie, I want something I can actually wear.

   and you are posting this in a software support forum why?
   I suggest you contact whoever you bought them from - this is not the place
