    Hi Matcha Labs!
Congratulations for your great Meta Slider plugin!
I was waiting for a lightbox function, great! But once I have installed it when I active it my wordpress backend simply stop working: every backend page show me a blank page, no content, no error messages, nothing.
I am working with wordpress 3.9.2.
I have these plugins installed and activated: Meta Slider, Simple Lightbox, WP Soon Online Page, Raw Html.
Moreover I have manually embedded the Super Slider js for a full page slider in the Home Page, but just on my child theme, I think it isn’t a conflict problem since the problem comes even if I switch to another theme…

    Thanks in advance 🙂

  • Hi andrea_montuori,

    Thanks for reporting this.

Are you running the latest version of Meta Slider – at least 3.0?

If you are and still experiencing problems would you be able to either enable wp_debug mode in config.php and report back any errors or alternatively send me the error logs (from your hosting control panel)?

Feel free to use the support form here, please use ‘WPSupport’ as the purchase ID.

    Many thanks,
    Dave

    Hi andrea_montuori,

Thanks for posting the error, we’ve been able to track down the issue and have released v1.1 with the fix.

If you could confirm this fixes it for you that would be even better.

    Many thanks,
    Dave
