WordPress Stats plugin connects me to “Top Blogs” and “Top Posts” ?

Do you know if the WordPress Stats plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/stats/) connects my blog instalation (on my domain) with the “top posts” and “top blogs” pages ? http://botd.wordpress.com/?lang=ro
That is, if I have a successfull post/blog, will I see it in “Top” pages ?
