I developed this (http://www.zasprexstudios.com/lion1234/) for a security company and I have someone to script this. However, they did not help me move it from this site to the client's host.

The client's host is http://www.lionheart-security.co.uk/ and ever since I moved it I've run into many problems. The biggest problem is that on the client's site it doesn't appear to be responsive, where as on my host(http://www.zasprexstudios.com/lion1234/) it is.

I don't know how to correct this, and the client needs it as soon as possible!

Also, it shows up weirdly in any version of IE

Both appear to be responsive on my end.

Also, it shows up weirdly in any version of IE

Looks like you have to change the way you have coded it. You have wrappers that are set to 100%. Wouldn't it be easier if you put the whole thing in one wrapper that has the ideal width and a margin of auto. You just have to exclude the footer so that it maintains a width of 100%

Run each page you want browser-compatible through W3C's validator and strive for valid webpages.

How do I fix it in IE though?

By validating your webpages, you reduce the chance of formatting issues.
