WordPress Site Showing Logged In User

    I have 2 separate WordPress sites both hosted on Go Daddy and both of them are exhibiting the same behavior. Both sites show the admin bar across the top as if the user is logged in. This is shown to everyone not just the person logged in. Both are using the latest version of WordPress.

    Does anyone know what could be causing this?
