   I just purchased the domain http://www.miacustica.com and hosting from Calcanet, who is my main supplier and I had no problem so far with any of my other sites, so now i installed wordpress like any other site I have done and when I try to access it says UNDER CONSTRUCTION provided by the hosting company, I reinstalled wordpress and created a new SQL database, but that is not the problem, any ideas?

   you just need to rename/delete the host's index.html to allow wordpress' index.php to work

   No - delete it or rename it to something like old-index.html.
