WordPress simply won't install

I need help with installing word-press. If anybody could help me install it using skype? [redacted]

My problem is it stops at step 2. It becomes a white blank screen. I’ve tried looking through the forum. Can somebody please help? I’ve re installed it like 10 times. Again my skype name is [redacted – support is offered here only]
