Hi Please help me quick to fix this problem. I'm new at wordpress.org. I have just bought a theme from Theme forest (called Bangkok press), when I tried to install the theme my wordpress server went down and I can not log in now ... what should I do?

Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
Then, as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme's vendors.
