WordPress sends too many database queries

    I have some serious problems with my hosting provider. They say my wordpress installation send too many same queries to the database and the site uses too many server resources. It seems that they are right because I’ve had the same problem with other web hosting as well, but I’m hard to guess what is the reason. Have you guys ever had the same problem? Where should I look for the reason? Can anyone please help? If I don’t fix this problem they are going to stop the service for my site!

    It’s usually a bad plugin or because you’re running too many plugins. WordPress doesn’t perform a lot of database queries on its own.

    If it’s not one of those things, I’d seriously consider changing to a better host.
