   I received this from my webhost, however I have no idea what it means or what I can do about it?
   Any help/advice would be much appreciated

   1.1 The hackers processed the attack through a security leak in your script/s:
   ./modules/FileManager/postlet/javaUpload.php

   1.2 The following malicious file/s have been uploaded to your webspace:
   ./modules/FileManager/postlet/.stuff/*
   ./modules/FileManager/postlet/kaiten
   ./modules/FileManager/postlet/kaiten.1

   postlet is not a wordpress plugin, per se as it works on many platforms
   you should delete the entire postlet folder and associated files and remove any codes from worpress

   what did the attack accomplish?
   you may need to do other stuff as well
