WordPress reverted back to previous theme

    I updated to the new WordPress version for my blog yesterday. I installed a new theme (mantra 1.7.5), added a bunch of content, pages, got my lay-out all done did.

    I saw that everything worked on my google reader, my laptop and my phone. I turned everything off and went to bed. This morning everything reverted back to my old theme, all my new posts and pages were gone.

    When I logged on this morning, I applied the mantra theme again, I am unsure if it will stick. Regardless the posts and pages are gone.

    Ideas?

    If everything reverted back, but your new files still exist (since you can see their existence and you can switch to Mantra if you like), it looks like you’ve had a database rollback.

    You should ask your web host if they didn’t encounter a problem and restore a backup 🙁
