wordpress relative path issue

    Hello all

    I have been using wordpress on my godaddy hosting for awhile , 2 years . For some reason my page on my site is always timing out, It say it cannot connect to database . A couple of minutes later it will work fine . Then a few minutes later I get the same message again .

    I call godaddy and they told me my issue had to do something with the relative path of my wordpress . He told me I had to use the relative location and not a URL in order for me to correct the issue .

    Can someone help me out on this issue or point me a section which talk about my issue . I have tried to look around but cant find anyone with a database connection timeout issue .

    sounds like the usual godaddy load of crap
    did they say where you need to do this?

    sounds more like you need to run a repair on the database tables from the db manager
