wordpress policies not on footer (1 post)

    When I type in my url the wordpress policies are on the footer. When I bring up an individual page the policies appear on the upper right, all bunched up. example: http://www.weightlossalabama.org/flabby-arm-exercises
    What am I doing wrong?
