I found a cms called halogy which provides simple and cool features like in-line editing html site import .

Sometimes i think, WordPress admin panel ery is complex for my clients.so is it better to use halogy for simple sites ? i mean websites with 5-10 pages?
or WordPress must include these cool features ?

There is no question. This is just thinly-veiled SPAM to try and promote another CMS system on here.
Hopefully a mod will remove the links before to long.

You don't need to, but you are. There's no question, you didn't ask for any discussion, but you went and put two links to a different CMS and to someone's (not yours obviously by your spelling here) blog post promoting that other CMS as well, all in an attempt to get back-links for your own SEO.
This is not new, it's extemely common and it's always done the same way that you have done it. It is very easy to spot, and shows up exactly as you have typed your first post in here.
I have no problem with other CMS's, using them instread of wordpress an ddoing soemthing to try and promote them, but a support forum for this CMS is not the place.
