Hello there, i'm really need help right now.
I install wordpress on my xampp windows server, it is a desktop on my campus. It has a path 'C:\\xampp\htdocs\wordpress', and its pointed by http://my-campus.com/my-domain.

For the first time it runs smoothly, the domain http://my-campus.com/my-domain successfully display the wordpress home.

But the i realized, there are few links that should not be any 'wordpress' link in it.

For example when i click 'add image' button when adding post, and select 'from url'. The link become default 404 page of my-campus.com. When I inspect the link, it shows:

    http://www.ittelkom.ac.id/wordpress//wp-admin/media-upload.php?post_id=85&type=image&tab=type_url

There should not be /wordpress/ in the link, isn't it? Same thing happen when i want to delete a plugin, when i click "yes, delete files", it also shows a 404 pages. The link is :

    http://www.ittelkom.ac.id/wordpress//wp-admin/plugins.php?action=delete-selected&checked0=hello.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=3ffb7af6e7

Also on my cform plugin, when i click submit button, there are the /wordpress/ link.

The folder i installed wordpress is named 'wordpress'm http://localhost/xampp/wordpress

Please someone help me...Thanks and best regards, Wira.

    p.s: i'm using a twenty ten thene

It sounds like your site url is wrong - go to wp-admin -> Settings -> General. Based on your note, the value should be http://my-campus.com/my-domain

Compare your setup to this article

@transform thanks for your reply. The value on the siteurl and home settings is already http://my-campus.com/my-domain, it can load home, single post, pages etc. But a few function like adding image, its url become wrong..

    I'm really stuck,, :(

That is likely a DNS issue. Basically your server is not resolving to the right location. Not unusual under XAMPP.

You may have to tell your computer in the hosts file - where to find my-campus/my-domain

Hemm, what is the host file actually? Where i can find it? Is it a wordpress core file? Or in the xampp? Thank you.
