   Hi Guys

   I'm an absolute beginner to WordPress and I would GREATLY appreciate any help given.

   I have a host that supports all the requirements for WordPress > In my Control Panel, I have created a MySQL Database and added a user to it (username, password and dba permission). I have written down all the details for that user and the database name and database host ..etc

   Now I don't know where to go from here ! I have looked at this page { http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php } but I can't get my head around it at all !! Where is this file called [ wp-config.php ] ??? and I'm a n00b, I can't be creating it myself ! can I ?

   Some kind person please help :(

   From Step 1 of Installing WordPress:

   Download and unzip the WordPress package from http://wordpress.org/download/.

   You've already done Step 2 so continue on to Step 3...
