I moved my site to a new server recently (dippedindollars.com), and when I tried to upload new media, it was set to go to a directory that doesn't exist on the new server. I changed it back to the default, but now I can't access my old posts through the new site (though they're still there, somewhere).

Could be your Uploads folder (see Settings->Miscellaneous).
Not sure what you mean when you say "changed it back to the default", but look at using the http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search-and-replace/ to make sure your database doesn't have any references to the old url.
