   Hi I migrated my wordpress host from shared to VPS.
   I have followed the normal convention of migration
   1. Install WordPress
   2. Upload previous SQL
   3. Upload wp-content
   4. Change wp-config

   Migration was successful but after migration I'm seeing lots of weird code instead of normal letter
   For example :
   Total :Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 3045$

   The problem was because of mysql charcter encoding
