WordPress Menu Limits Help

I really hope you could help me with my concern.
I have about 8 menus created on the website.
After I have arranged all of them on the menu builder, only three would appear on the site. The other 5 are gone. The first three menus have a lot of sub menus under them so maybe it’s the limits ?
I’ve searched for solutions over the internet and I’ve come across some codes. I tried to contact my ISP so that they could help me with the codes but they weren’t able to help me.

I’ve seen others were trying to use the
suhosin.post.max_vars = 0
suhosin.request.max_vars = 0

but I don’t know how to do that with my site, where to put it , etc.

I hope you could guide me regarding how to resolve this matter.
