WordPress Media Library – filter images by unique file

I’m using a CSV import for woocommerce products with one image being used on several products They are being duplicated within the Media Library (but no extra/duplicate files are being created) due to the different permalinks per product page. Thus if I have one image being used in 22 products I’m getting 22 versions of the same image with just a different permalink for each. Is there a way of filtering them so only the unique name appears? Something like
