OK so i created a database for the word press file by logging into my plesk account. From there I created the word press file and installed all of the information that you need to replace before loading it onto my site. When I try and use an FTP client to log into my hosting plan it doesn't log in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds more like something you should be contacting your host about.

I think it may have something to do with the fact that I have a set IP address.
