   iam using wordpress 3.2.1 ,graphene theme and security plugins like better wp plugins and chap secure login
   i know username and password but cannot login my wordpress blog

   FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the plugin's folder within wp-content/plugins.
