wordpress list items with voting

    Hi!

    I need a combination of plugins that would allow my users to create new text records in the list on my page and to be able to vote on this records so that i could show real time stats on what rating each record has. Any ideas on which plugins i need to implement this?! It would also be great if one user couldnt vote for a list item more than once.
