WordPress . it is regular?

Hi, I’ve found a service in Italy at the domain “wordpress . it”.
He is selling hosting saying it’s a worker of WordPress.org, but I didn’t think so.

I think his service is a fraud made with your own name.
I’m ok if he sell the installation service and the hosting, but not using the WordPress name and/or trademark.

So I want just to ask.
