Yes, WP is not secure! I updated my wordpress yesterday with 2.8.4 and what? Today I have been hacked by a fuckin team. It was not serious, but they changed admin's password and email and edited the last post with their fuckin text.
Wordpress, Please, release more secure version!

Do you have any information that might indicate how you got hacked and whether it could have been a problem with a dodgy theme or plugin, your webhost or an easily guessed password?

Have you reported the issue to security at wordPress.org if a problem with the core files is suspected?

oh and please moderate your language

Based on your post here it would appear that you were already "hacked" before the upgrade. That's why your google listing read like it did. It also looks like you were running 2.5.* as you mention in this post. You should always make sure to keep up to date with all the newest releases otherwise you open yourself up to these kinds of threats. I recommend backing up your database and doing a fresh install. As numeeja mentioned, be sure that your new password is not one that's easy to guess.
