   I could REALLY use some help. I had a WordPress site up today around 6pm and when I came home at like 8pm when I went to the site I was getting WordPress instillation instructions. My files are still in the directory when I go to my FTP but all I've got is my default wordpress blog instead of the one I've spent months building.

   Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Please help. Thanks!

   login yo your host's phpmyadmin and select the wp-options table - then run a repair on it from the drop down at bottom of screen
   sounds like this table has crashed

   If I do that should everything go back to normal or did I lose a bunch of stuff?

   should go back to normal if that;s the problem - definitely won't hurt anything
