I installed the wordpress using hostgator (domain purchased from Dynadot) I also received an email with installation details. But when I click the admin URL (given below)
Public URL: http://weighttrainingforwomeninfo.com/
Admin URL: http://weighttrainingforwomeninfo.com/wp-admin/
the domain comes up with a message that it is parked free courtesy dynadot. I am a newbie. Pl help.
You need to go to Danadot (register) and have your domain pointed to the nameservers that your WordPress install is on - I think there is also some configuration at your host but I am not sure.
Your email from Hostgator should have the information you need to point the name to their host site. Your register should have some help files for how to point the domain correctly.

I have set the nameservers in my dynadot aite with the names given by hostgator. The nameservers are recorded in my account.
I have sought help from Dynadot and am waiting for their reply.
In the meanwhile, will it help if I remove my installation and reinstall?

No. It will not help. You will go through the same process of installing wordpress and all. By the way, how did you install wordpress? Did you install it in domain root folder or a subfolder?
