WordPress Installation in Load Balanced Environment

– I have 2 windows 2008 server with one folder shared (replication enabled,its like mounted). Both servers have e:/shared folder which is replicated
– 1 My sql server
– I want to install word press on the 2 windows server using the single Mysql server.

For achieving this, I am having issues in
– dealing with the wordpress installations on 2 servers (would install in c drive)
– And what contents of wordpress should i put in the shared folder( Thats in the e:/ drive)
– what config changes should be done.
– and above all could this be achieved.

Kindly help me in this regard..
