Is there a set of detailed installation procedures for installing WordPress 3.01 on a Server 2003 R2 X64 Sp2 running IIS6?

I am not able to execute PHP at all and have tried all sorts of tips from various people. The Sql database was setup without any issues. Any help would be apprecaited.

    Thank you.

    Update:

It appears that I am unable to get PHP working correctly. No matter what I try, it just does not seem to want to to work.

    I receive the following:

    Please try the following:

•Make sure that the Web site address displayed in the address bar of your browser is spelled and formatted correctly.
•If you reached this page by clicking a link, contact the Web site administrator to alert them that the link is incorrectly formatted.
•Click the Back button to try another link.

Found out that this will not work due to the inablity to run PHP in 32 bit mode.
