WordPress in own directory wp-blog-header.php problem

I’ve searched through the forums and am sure I’m doing this right, yet alas and alack.

My wordpress files are at:
http://www.librarygrrrl.net/wordpress

My blog’s main page is at:
http://www.librarygrrrl.net/index.php

My top index file is correct, points to:
./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php

and the index.php file inside /wordpress/ points to:
./wp-blog-header.php

And yet I’m getting this error message and can’t see my blog:

Any ideas on what could be going wrong?
