   I recently upgraded my WordPress site up to 3.2.1 and when I finished the upgrade, the site was broken. After investigating, it turned out to be a problem with the WordPress Hit Counter plugin v2.6, which causes the ENTIRE WordPress site to be broken. Simply deleting this plugin (via FTP, because you cannot access the Dashboard) will fix the problem...of course, the plugin however, is useless.

   Have the same issue with WP 3.2.1 and Hit Counter V2.6. Had to disable the hit counter

   Me too, it completely stopped both my sites working.

   There still does not seem to be any update/fix for the WordPress hit Counter as of yet.

   The hit counter itself works great, but if you update this plugin it becomes defective. The update doesn't even appear to be from the same author. There is more info here:
