The link to the blog should be http://www.technosailor.com/index.php
But I have to access it at http://www.technosailor.com/wordpress/index.php to evade php errors.

I don’t see any of error at the link you gave. I’m not sure what happened to you CSS, but you could simply restore it from a backup.

the errors are gone now. I fixed that. I have also restored a backup twice now. Even terminated the account and set it back up. That doesn’t do anything either. Anything else?

one of my sites quacked on me today too.
suddenly there were no accurate links to the site url. i cosmetically repaired them with file overwrites, but then i discovered that none of my passwords worked anyore. and when requesting them, i get an encrypted email which i can not read.
so it’s a db repair job, or a reinstallation.
still, this happened without interference by me or anyone. seemingly “all by itself.”
seems the spam may be escillating to hacks.

Sorry to hear WP got messed up. Hopefully Matt, Ryan and the others can see if there’s any security problems. I would definitely ask your host if he’s been doing any upgrades, because they could be the culprit of the spontaneous problems.
In regards to Fernando (dss) with your passwords in an “encrypted” email:

Anybody running WP 1.2.1 needs to fix this, to make sure you don’t have to worry about meddling in phpMyAdmin to restore your password.

DSS, the passwords are emailed in an encrypted form. See this post: http://wordpress.org/support/3/14642 You can also reset your password manually: http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/phpmyadmin/
Abrazell, do you have the smilies plugin installed? If so, deactive it. Then, replace the css file on your server by deleting and then uploading your backup or fresh copy via FTP.

    I am my host. 😉
I got it running. No idea how. I went in circles for awhile and finally something changed. ‘Twas very odd.

Well it happ[ened again tonight. I retraced the last things I was doing the last time when the problem got resolved and it resolved again tonight…this time after only 5 minutes of work.
    Here’s what I did:
    1. Go to http://www.yourblog.com/wordpress/wp-admin – strings will be appeneded to the url in an apparent rewrite.
    2. Delete all strings in the address bar so you are sitting at http://www.yourblog.com/wordpress/wp-admin/wp-login.php. Hit enter to refresh the page. If your page is now styled, you’re getting somewhere.
    3. Login to the admincp.
    4. Go to your site. All should be restored.
If someone can figure out why this is happening, that would be wonderful. My blog is running WP 1.3a2. It’s gotta be a cookie or session issue…

    Try upgrading to WP v1.3a5.

Where can I get it and will I lose all my customizations?

I’m assuming that you can get it the same place where you got 1.3a2 from. As for your customizations, I haven’t heard of any issues as long as you carefully follow the upgrade instructions.
