   WordPress Form Manager 1.6.20 and CKEditor 3.6.1 have a conflict with the div id #quicktags.

   With both plugins activated, the style 'display: none;' is added to the div in Form Manager so that the links to insert elements into a form do not show in the 'Edit Form' panel.

   Sorry for the late response, this should be fixed in 1.6.21.
