I am considering WordPress for a new blog. I am wondering if I will be able to use it with no understanding of HTML or other technical skills.

Posted 6 years ago #Sure you can. With anything new there is always a little bit of a learning curve, but it's pretty simple and straight forward.
There are a ton of themes out there to choose from, which you can simply upload to your site then click to activate through the admin area.
As time progresses, and your knowledge increases, you may even find yourself writing your own custom theme.
But to get you started, you can't go wrong with WordPress.
Plus, if you ever have a problem, there's a great community here where someone is always happy to help someone in need out. ;)
