   I have been using WordPress for about a year. I have the wp-config file there. It's been working fine forever, then one day I login and it says there is not a wp-config. I click to create, and it says it exists. Then I click install, and it says I already installed WP, and to login. I login, and it continues. What's wrong?

   log in using ftp or server and check if you have wp-config.php file where all other wp- files are

   I said I do in the description. Any other suggestions?

   Check with your host as they log in your account sort problem.
