    Had a bit of trouble recently with WP, had to disable this plugin: WP-Mail-SMTP.

    Ever since then, no Fast Secure Contact Form messages are getting through, or WordPress generated messages - new comments, users etc.

    Enabled it again, but now not working!

    Help!

    Did you recently update either plugin, without deactivating both first? Also need to activate the primary contact form plugin, configure, then the SMTP one, configure...and check with host on usage of SMTP email.

    I use the Use the 'PHP mail() function to send emails.' function, so no SMTP required... still stuck

    Tried adding this code to a page

    <?php
    $email = 'you@youremail.com';
    $fromemail = 'me@myemail.com';
    $subject = $_POST['subject'];
    $msg = 'This is a test';
    $headers = "From: ".$fromemail;
    if( !mail($email, $subject, $msg, $headers) ){
    	echo "Problem sending email.";
    }else{
    	echo "Email successfully sent";
    }
    ?>

    replacing you@youremail.com and me@youremail.com with my emails, but no luck. Says email sent successfully, but never arrives.

    Tried this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/check-email/

    Says email sent, however never arrives, checked junk folders etc.
