When someone leavesd a post in my blog I receive an email from wordpress.
Unfortuneately most post these days are spam.
1. How to I get stop your email notices?
2. Is there a way to reduce spam?

1) Login to your wp-admin screen then go to Setting->Discussion and uncheck the boxes that deal with email.
2) Akismet, but there are other anti-spam plugins as well.
