  • Don’t try to add HTML markup using the Visual editor. That’s what the HTML tab is for. Don’t switch editing tabs either. That’s the fastest way to remove some (or all) of your markup. Pick a tab and stick to it.

when I open any page to edit, it comes visual editor first this is the main problem

It won’t once you switch to the Text editor. Each post retains the last used editing tab unless you change it again.

is it possible to stick a tab? how? I mean to say, when ever i edit my page or post, it should be edited in text editor

Then edit it in the Text editor and do not switch back.
