WordPress Eating Posts: Won’t Publish Them, But Can Edit Them

For some reason, this morning, WordPress started “eating” my posts at CapitolAnnex.com. I published three posts, none of which appear on the front page of the blog, and none of which show up in “Manage Posts.” I published a “test” post. It also failed to show up, but when I clicked on “edit post” that shows up in the “write” screen right after the post is published, I can edit that post, but it still won’t publish.

In addition, when I visit the site, in the bar at the top of the browser, the title of the site is preceeded by “July, 2008.”

Any idea what is going on or how to fix it?
