WordPress does not recognize my signon, or email

I think I’ve been hacked. I cannot sign on using my usual username and password. When I try and reset my password, WP does not recognize my email address. This has been my email address since the beginning of time. Have I been hacked? How can I fix . WP site http://www.sallyduros.com
