WordPress Disqus Single Sign-on Integration Question (5 posts)

I have an issue with the Disqus Single Sign-on login process, as the native WordPress login page does not self-close on authorization and the user is left with two open pages after logging-in with Disqus.

You can see it in action here: http://goo.gl/D2IYH

(If you login through Disqus or any other option, the page after login will be hanging there upon authorization)

There seems to be very limited documentation on the subject. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? How can I get that post-login page to self-close after the user is authorized.

    Many thanks.

Did you ever find a solution to this?

Unfortunately not, and gave up on Disqus because of it. Tech support responded saying that they would add this feature in a future version.

I have been trying to solve this for hours. I have tried various combinations of plugins. It seems that Disqus defaults to WordPress login registration and you can't permanently change it.

    Anyone have a solution?
