I'm in need of a wordpress designer. This individual(s) should have a good understanding of desing, typography, php, mysql - the usual stuff.

The theme is what I want but I need specifically:
Code to validate
Theme to look fine on IE 5.0+, Firefox and Opera

Hey Whooami. I need the css to be valid, I need some help with the tabs - on the homepage and a few of the other pages. Some how, I broke the other pages, like about, skills, contact from working properly. Not sure exactly how.
Any help is much appreciated. It's a paying gig. :)
