  6. E-commerce themes generally don't work alone -- they're typically designed to work with a particular e-commerce plugin such as wp-ecommerce or woocommerce. Do you have the necessary plugin installed and activated?

    Hi

E-commerce theme is compatible with 3.4.2 and it should work just fine. Amy is correct, you likely didn't upload both folders (framework and child theme). Upload both folders to /wp-content/themes and then activate the child theme.

To get support for your theme submit a thread in Templatic forums

I have uploaded both themes and i can see them in wordpress and i only activate the child theme but it still dont work, i get the same error message, i asked the support forum and they told me that has to be something wrong in the mysql database but i cant figure it out? I haven`t got a table wp_orders in mysql

Table creation should be initialized while activating the theme. Try activating some other theme (like Twenty Eleven) and then e-commerce. Also try loading the dummy data, that might help.

Unfortunately we have/had a pretty bad reputation when it comes to support so it's really nice to hear you say that. We've put a lot of thought into improving support, glad to see it paying off :)
