WordPress Dashboard problems – please help

Hi Im not in anyway a coder so Im hoping I can get a simple fix for some issues im having with my wordpress account. So Im using 3.5.1 because I cant seem to get it to upgrade to 3.9.1, i just get this error ‘An automated WordPress update has failed to complete’ I thought about the manual update but having read through it I dont really understand it :/

My next issue is this error Warning: call_user_func() [function.call-user-func]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/fr/ee/ra/freerangemachine.com/public_html/news/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 985 I have no idea what that means, I was trying to upload a new post when that appeared.

My issue with uploading also looks to be an internal issue with my dashboard. When I go to add media I click on upload file but nothing happens at all so I cant post photos (a real shame since thats what my site is for! 🙁

Ive been in touch with reg123 to see if there are issues with my domain and im waiting for a response.

If anyone has an answer to my questions id be really grateful.
