WordPress Cleanup Needed – Will Pay

I have a fully-functional mortgage blog that is in need of some WordPress CPR. The site itself runs fine, and has few outages, but the code is sloppy, probably due to plugins and the theme I’m using.

I need someone with great knowledge of PHP, plugins, WordPress, scripting, etc to go in and clean up the site and make it run fast and efficiently. Currently it takes about 5-10 minutes for a new post page to load, and editing pages and posts takes around the same amount of time.

***Note it’s not about pinging…which I shut off.***

It’s to the point where I don’t even make edits, and rarely update the site because the entire site will time-out due to CPU usage.

The site also fails to get picked up by Technorati, likely due to coding errors or non-compliance with WC3. So I’d like to get that resolved as well.

I don’t consider this a lengthy job, nor a difficult one if you are skilled in these areas. Let me know if you can get the site back on the fast track.
