    It looks pretty self-explanatory:

    - You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

What's the other script you have installed there?

Basically i already setup with wordpress and looks pretty and fine, dont have any problem.

but later on i remove wordpress to change HTML, after that when i want to changed the problems occur just like the screenshot.

How can i solve the problem?

You lost me. You installed WordPress, then removed it to change HTML? Why would you remove it? Just modify your current Theme (or get a different one).

How did you remove it? What's left in that directory? I guess one approach would be to delete everything in the old directory -- including subdirectories then use fantastico to start over with the new install. But in the future, you don't need to delete WordPress to make changes.
