wordpress blog stopped working

hi all,

I have my wordpress blog under my website like

-mywebsite root folder
-blog (a wordpress blog)

i have put .htaccess file with following content in my root folder, to redirect my main website’s pages

Redirect 303 /index.html http://mywebsite.com/index.php

but after uploading this .htaccess file on my server’s root folder, my blog stopped working.

now i have removed this .htaccess file but still my blog is not working

i am getting blank page.

do anyone have any idea for this issue??
